SMALL FORM-FACTOR SOLID-STATE RELAYS The new Termopto solid-state family of relays offers electrical isolation in the size of a terminal block. They function as both a terminal block for signal connection and a relay to separate signals, all in one compact module for space savings in the control cabinet. Sixty versions include standard input voltages from 5-230 VAC and DC, with three optional output voltages of 5–48 VDC and 0.1mA, 5 – 48 VDC and 0.5mA, or 24 – 230 VAC with 0.1mA. SMART, RUGGED POSITIONER Sitrans VP300 incorporates the 2007 Nobel Prize-winning GMR effect. This “giant magnetoresistance” technology is used for non-contact position sensing of a linear or rotary valve shaft. This eliminates any mechanical wear or complex interaction of couplings and levers between these components. Sitrans VP300 requires only one magnet for strokes up to 150 mm (5.9 in.) or rotary angles up to 120º. It also features SIL-certified, partial-stroke testing (PST). HEAVY-DUTY SLURRY KNIFE GATE VALVE Series DX Slurry Knife gate valve is designed especially for heavy slurry applications in the power and mining industries. When it opens, reinforced elastomer sleeves seal against each other and provide a 100% full-port opening, minimizing turbulence, which in turn minimizes wear. The seats isolate and protect all metal parts from coming in contact with the process. When the valve is closed, the sleeves provide a drop-tight seal. RUGGED PRESSURE SENSORS PS300 series pressure sensors for hydraulic applications feature a rugged, IP69K-rated design to withstand harsh environments. They measure 3 bar to 400 bar. Signals are processed on the PS300’s new pressure measuring cell, and then digitally transferred to the sensor’s fully potted, self-contained display. Switch point accuracy is 0.5% of the full scale.
