Our article was the only one to discuss cyber security. All of the other articles were focused on the fully automated, interconnected grid with real time communications between utilities, customers, etc. The other articles either assumed the grid would be cyber secure or simply didn’t consider cyber security. Consequently, the lessons learned from the 2015 Ukrainian hack such as the need for manual operation following a hack of the grid were not considered.
