Yes, there are good, smart young engineers out there.

Seems a young intern at Fisher Controls named Adam Reineke spent part of his summer on the job developing an "Energy Responsible Tool," a Web-based tool for calculating pneumatic energy used for instruments at steady state. When there's so much hype out there about the dearth of young engineers in the pipeline, stories like this are always welcome. But we sure could use a few more Adam Reinekes.
