"Rockwell Automation (ROK 44.06) reaffirmed its full year earnings outlook Wednesday morning ahead of an industry conference in New York.

The company reaffirmed its full year 2009 earnings expectations, saying it expects earnings of $1.40 to $1.70 per share, excluding any restructuring charges related to actions that the company may take in the fiscal fourth quarter.  The current consensus estimate stands at $1.59 per share.

Shares of ROK are 36.7% higher year-to-date."
