Assuring Industrial Control System Cyber Security

Joe Weiss, Control'sUnfettered blogger, was asked by CSIS to prepare a white paper on cyber security for industrial control systems (ICS). CSIS is the Center for Strategic and International Studies, which was tasked in a bipartisan manner to form a blue ribbon committee to prepare cyber security recommendations for the next administration, who ever that turns out to be.
