CSIA honors 2025 award winners

The award recognizes contributions to the Control System Integrators Association and overall system integration community

The Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) presented its annual awards on June 5 during its 2025 CSIA Conference in San Diego, Calif. The awards recognize individual and company achievements, and their contributions to CSIA and the broader system integration community.

The awards and conferences are part of CSIA’s mission to empower system integrators by enhancing their business and management capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment for sharing industry expertise, and promoting the value of partnering with control system integrators.

“This year’s awards ceremony was more than a celebration. It was a powerful reminder of the extraordinary vision, innovation and leadership driving our industry forward,” says Jose Rivera, outgoing CEO at CSIA. “It was a true honor to celebrate these individuals and organizations, who are not only making a lasting impact today, but are also laying the foundation for a smarter, more connected world.”

Becca Johnson, operational excellence professional at  A&E Engineering, served as emcee at the awards ceremony. The award winners included:

  • Brian Mullen, management consultant at Exotek, won the 2025 Charlie Bergman “Remember Me” award, which honors an individual who exemplifies the spirit of CSIA’s founding member by demonstrating leadership, a generous willingness to share, and dedication to the advancement of the profession.
  • Eosys Group won the Integrator Member of the Year award, which recognizes a system integrator member that’s made outstanding contributions to the association and the profession through active participation and service. It was presented to David Lax, president of Eosys, and Tony Valasek, engineering director at Eosys.
  • Insurance company ECBM won the Partner Member of the Year award, which  recognizes a CSIA partner member that’s shown exemplary engagement with the association, and contributed significantly to its mission and growth. It was presented to Michael Cunningham, assistant VP at ECBM.
  • Lindsey Weimer, business development director at Martin CSI, won the Emerging Leader award, which celebrates a rising, early-career professional, who has demonstrated leadership potential, innovation and a strong commitment to their industry.
  • Hebron Soft and Hebron IT Academy won the Social Responsibility award, which is presented to an integrator or partner member that achieves outstanding results in corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives. It was received by Hebron Soft’s Kostiantyn Polosukhin, CEO, and Liliya Valihun, founder and chair. Hebron Soft is a U.S.-based software development company with a development lab in Ukraine.
  • Víctor Javier González Pulido, director of Cybermax Automation, received a Special Recognition award for his 10 years of dedication to CSIA’s Latin America region. Henry Kattan, general director at Cybermax, accepted the award during the ceremony, following recorded remarks from Pulido.
