Hargrove Controls & Automation reported Aug. 7 that it’s formed a partnership with ABB. As an ABB Channel Partner for process automation solutions, Hargrove will be even better equipped to deploy industrial digitalization solutions for its clients.

“This collaboration marks a milestone in our commitment to providing innovative and efficient solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients,” says Heath Stephens, digitalization leader at Hargrove. “By leveraging ABB's expertise and advanced technologies, we’re poised to enhance operational efficiency, improve productivity, and drive sustainable growth for our clients.”

Wissam Assaf, head of the global partner business at ABB’s Energy and Process Industries division, adds, “ABB continuously develops a network of value-adding channel partners that enhance our market reach, so we’re delighted to collaborate with Hargrove. Partnerships help each customer select the most suitable path to access ABB’s offerings that enable industries to run leaner and cleaner.”

Stephens adds that Hargrove is one of the few multi-service automation groups in the U.S. for plant automation, safety systems, IIoT and industrial digitalization. Since its inception in 2012, Hargrove’s team has grown to more than 130 control systems engineers and specialists across 19 offices. The team consists of panel builders, instrumentation designers, programmers, certified process safety engineers, and process control engineers specializing in DCS/PLC/SIS system integration, IT/OT, Industry 4.0, and cybersecurity.
