Sonnenberg, Nyquist anchor opening keynote session at the 2015 Emerson Global Users Exchange

Oct. 12, 2015
Here's what to expect from this year's global user exchange
Following the traditional welcome address from this year's conference chair, Daniel Reid of Emergent BioSolutions, you'll hear from Emerson Process Management leaders Steve Sonnenberg and Jim Nyquist. The morning session concludes with a presentation by our special guest keynoter, Michael J. Gelb, a leading authority on the application of genius thinking to personal and organizational development.

Daniel Reid received his bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Cleveland State University in 2001, and soon thereafter began working as a control system engineer for a local integrator. After four years of software design, programming and commissioning for various pharmaceutical customers, Dan joined Emergent BioSolutions as the DeltaV administrator for a new greenfield vaccine production facility, where he currently serves as automation supervisor/principal engineer. He is chairman of the site's automation committee and member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE). Dan lives in Lansing with his wife Karen and three children: Nolan, Mary and Simon. Aside from work and family obligations, Dan is (slowly) learning to become a potter.
