Product Roundup: Process Analyzers

Oct. 21, 2014
These Devices Monitor Everything From Liquid Dairy Products to Combustion in Boilers
ANALYZES DRINKS
LiquiSonic analyzer measurements are accurate to ±0.05% and update every second. When results are outside of a defined production range, the unit immediately sends a signal, so users can take timely countermeasures. For automated control, results can be transferred to the process control system via analog or digital outputs, fieldbuses such as Profibus DP, or Ethernet.

ANALYZER MEASURES FLUE GAS
Rosemount Analytical 6888 in-situ flue gas O2  analyzer includes a “calibration recommended” diagnostic with gas-switching solenoids embedded in the probe electronics. The device eliminates the need for conducting calibrations on a schedule. A “plugged diffuser/filter” diagnostic handles applications that have fly ash or other particulate entrained in the flue gas.
