PGA-1000 benchtop, standalone air gage provides performance, flexibility, reliability and confidence in dimensional measurement. It features an intuitive, 5-inch, color touchscreen for easy setup and measurement, as well as real-time quality monitoring and statistical process control. PGA-1000 has data storage and export options available via USB or direct PC connection, simplifying quality control documentation and traceability. Adaptability is inherent throughout the gage, with standard, changeable orifices to support different air probe types. It also has front-mounted probe connections for fast and error-free setup, options for vertical probe stands, hose adapters, I/O modules, and foot pedals to customize the system for shop requirements and operator ergonomics.
Durability and reliability are assured by PGA-1000’s rugged housing and precision filter regulator, which provide stable performance even in demanding production environments.
