Krohne reports it has acquired Sweden-based INOR Process AB to add temperature measuring instruments for the process industry to its products. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. INOR has 56 employees and generates sales of 7.2 million Euros. Kreohne reports it will maintain the formerly private company’s business philosophy, and continue to service its customers and partners as previously.

"INOR will be another strong partner in the Krohne Group. We’ll now be able to offer our customers a complete family of temperature measuring instruments," says Michael Dubbick, Krohne’s managing director.

Felix Brakl, who will continue as INOR’s managing director, adds, “Krohne is an ideal partner. Not only will we continue to be in business, but we’ll also be able to grow faster.”
