Explosion at Indiana:Fertilizer Plant Kills One

Explosion appears to have been in grain bin. No chemicals involved.
June 24, 2013
Another day, another plant explosion. This one took place at Union Mills Co-op in Union Mills, Ind., about 50 miles from Chicago in northwest Indiana.
