MTS Sensors announced a major expansion of its Integration Partner Program, so that it can offer complete integrated sensor hydraulic control system solutions.
The Integration Partner Program was introduced initially to bring together the contactless magnetostrictive sensing devices from MTS Sensors and the hydraulic cylinders available from the industry's most prominent suppliers. Customers thus benefited from the company's innovative wear-free Temposonics sensor mechanism, while being assured there would be no problem incorporating it into a specified cylinder.
Expansion of this program now takes things a stage further by adding key regional system integrators such as Dakota Fluid Power, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Sales, Kraft Fluid Systems, Livingston & Haven, S. G. Morris Co, PSI of Florida, Power Systems LLC and Price Engineering. This will result in electronic controls and hydraulic system expertise being merged with greater application knowledge - a strategic advantage for smaller original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) serving a wide variety of different sectors. It will ensure they are provided with more comprehensive, easy-to-implement position sensing systems - allowing them to meet their performance requirements while keeping within budget constraints.
"This latest development strengthens the partnership program by adding the needed system integrator support to the program, enabling us to really achieve the goal of offering our customer base access to complete system solutions" states Luka Korzeniowski, Technical Marketing Manager for Mobile Hydraulics at MTS Sensors. "By combining the expertise of sensor, cylinder and system integration elements, large and small OEMs can leverage MTS Temposonics technology to meet their control systems requirements."
The cylinder manufacturers already included in MTS Sensors' Integration Partner Program are Aurelius Manufacturing, Bobalee Hydraulics, Columbus Hydraulics, General Engineering, JARP Industries and Rosenboom
