Headless HMI has touch-panel functions without display size limits
CM5-RHMI headless HMI has the functionality of C-more CM5 touch-panel HMIs, but without display size restrictions. This HDMI-enabled device works with TVs, monitors, projectors and most HDMI display devices of any size to show real-time operations data or messages.
Users can also skip the local display entirely, and use the remote-access feature that supports any Windows PC with web browser, Apple iOS, Android smartphones or tablet PCs with the C-more Remote HMI mobile app.
CM5-RHMI supports many screen resolutions, including VGA 640 x 480, SD 720 x 480, XGA 1,024 x 768, HD 1,280 x 720, and FHD 1,920 x 1,080. It provides an SD card slot for log files, project memory or graphic media, and offers 90 MB of user memory. Four integrated USB ports allow connections to industrial touchscreen monitors that support the USB interface, or they can be used for USB mouse operations. Two serial ports and two 10/100 Base-T Ethernet ports provide support for major protocols, and enable easy connections to multiple devices simultaneously.
All CM5s have free, easy-to-use configuration software, which has a built-in, time-saving project simulator, convenient event manager, flexible recipes, screen objects, trend graphs, PID faceplates, and true historical data logging. They also convert EA9 projects to CM5.
