Signaling module divides light patterns
LineLight Fusion Segment module can divide light patterns into several segments, and illuminate machine statuses or other indicators directly on their surfaces, and do it even more precisely, individually and intuitively. For example, two states can be signaled simultaneously, indicating more specific actions required. In addition, an automatic scaling function is available, allowing process steps or progress to be clearly displayed.
LineLight Fusion Segment’s flush-mounted, hygienic, smooth surface blends seamlessly onto machine or equipment housings, and creates a clear, functional appearance. This makes the module an aesthetic part of the machine itself, without distracting superstructures or functional compromises. An optional loud buzzer can be integrated to provide an acoustic warning.
The module also has a segmented light display for even more precise and customizable displays. Its 200 mm version provides a choice of continuous light image or division into two 100 mm light segments. Its 300 mm length makes up to three light segments possible, including one continuous light, and two or three segments, each individually color-controllable. This creates clearly defined segments within the light image without needing additional modules or physical separations. The entire light remains active at all times, while the individual segments light up in different colors at the same time, for example, to simultaneously signal process status, warnings or approvals.
