After three and a half years of COVID-19 and its variants, and subsequent shortages, inflation and the war in Ukraine, 50 respondents to Control's latest "Supply chain” survey (formerly “Buy direct vs. distributors") reported in June 2023 that they're maintaining many of the best practices them implemented during the pandemic to locate, specify, purchase and implement components and support services, such as buying direct from suppliers and online from distributor websites.
