Tetra Tech buys Sage Group to advance digital automation solutions

Tetra Tech Inc. reported May 1 that it’s agreed to acquire Sage Group Holdings Ltd.

Tetra Tech provides consulting and engineering services in water, environment and sustainable infrastructure. Sage is a provides automation solutions in municipal water, industrial manufacturing, smart infrastructure and systems integration.

This acquisition is expected to expand Tetra Tech’s digital systems solutions to more clients, and provide advanced electrical and instrumentation design, engineered control systems, cybersecurity and cloud integration.

“Tetra Tech’s technical expertise and technology solutions help utilities and the private sector optimize performance and make effective, data-driven decisions,” says Dan Batrack, chair and CEO at Tetra Tech. “Adding Sage’s digital automation capabilities will bring additional expertise, AI-enabled technology and demonstrated client solutions to our team.”
