HighByte earns AWS AI program competency

The Intelligence Hub software is validated in the agentic-AI tools category

HighByte reported Sept. 14 that it’s achieved compliance with Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) AI Competency program in its agentic-AI tools category. This specialization recognizes HighByte as an AWS partner that helps users and other partners advance their services, tools and infrastructure for implementing agentic-AI technologies. For example, the company’s Intelligence Hub data-ops software provides the information foundation for AI applications, such as asset maintenance and quality inspection in manufacturing, energy and utility companies.

“This recognition from AWS signifies our commitment to developing purpose-built technology for industrial data integration and governance in the age of AI,” says John Harrington, chief product officer at HighByte. “We’re seeing our customers move from agentic experimentation to production with HighByte Intelligence Hub and AWS cloud services like Amazon Bedrock. Our goal is to help global manufacturers unlock the full ROI of their AI projects with this collaboration.”

HighByte reports that AWS AI Competency represents partners validated across agentic-AI and generative AI categories for ensuring security, reliability and operational excellence. Partners in the agentic-AI category offer solutions and services that enable the safe and secure deployment of production-grade agentic AI systems on AWS.

In addition, HighByte recently published, "A maturity model for industrial data management,” a whitepaper developed with insights from AWS. It provides a framework for how manufacturers can progressively integrate data-ops to support AI. It emphasizes why manufacturers need a robust data foundation for curation, observability and governance for AI, and outlines three maturity stages manufacturers can follow for establishing a modern industrial data strategy.
