ABB completes acquisition of Mincom

Zurich – ABB today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Mincom, the privately owned software company, specializing in solutions for mining and other asset-intensive industries.

The acquisition establishes ABB as the world's leading provider of enterprise asset management (EAM) software and services, further enhancing ABB's position in the key growth sectors of natural resources and energy. The ABB Group of companies operates in around 100 countries and employs about 130,000 people.
