Single-device analyzer measures four gas contaminants

Sensi+ NG measures oxygen in natural gas and biogas, along with hydrogen sulfide, water vapor and carbon dioxide
Dec. 4, 2025

To eliminate the need for multiple devices, Sensi+ NG single-device, multi-gas contaminant analyzer measures trace-level O2, along with hydrogen sulfide (H2S), water vapor (H2O) and carbon dioxide (CO2). This four-in-one analyzer supports process safety, enhances productivity and reduces maintenance. Before biogas or biomethane is injected into a local gas grid, it ensures that its quality meets strict pipeline standards, allowing for safe and reliable transmission.

Enabled by OA-ICOS laser technology, Sensi+ NG provides real-time monitoring and near-instant insights. It also achieves trace-level accuracy down to 0.2 ppm, H2S detection in less than 10 seconds, and easy, intuitive operation with minimal maintenance.

Integrating O2 with Sensi+ NG’s other parameters in one device enhances process optimization, supports operators with early problem detection with no missed upsets, false calls or shut-ins, and maintains regulatory compliance. Its low-maintenance, four-in-one design eliminates the need for consumables, frequent calibration or complex maintenance. There’s also little to no chance of cross-interference and minimum long-term drift.
