ToughSonic TC-100 and TC-200 non-contact, ultrasonic sensors include general-purpose and chemical-resistant models suitable for measuring distances up to 50 feet. They’re used for tank level measurement, remote monitoring, distance ranging, object detection, and agricultural applications.
TS-100 series offer durable stainless-steel construction with heavy-duty electronics epoxy potted into 316 stainless-steel housings. TS-100 feature permanently attached cables and ruggedized piezoelectric transducers. They’re offered in 14-, 30- and 50-ft ranges.
TS-200 series are made of chemical-resistant polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) plastic to resist deterioration from chemical exposure. Their heavy-duty electronics are epoxy-potted into a chemically resistant plastic housing that physically isolates the transducer and electronics from the target material. They’re ideal for vessels up to 14, 30 or 35 feet tall.
