Unmanaged, 16-port, industrial Ethernet switch supports operations in harsh settings
N-Tron NT116 unmanaged, industrial Ethernet switch supports data acquisition, Ethernet I/O and process control. It includes 16 high-performance copper ports (10/100BaseTX RJ45) with built-in ESD and surge protection. NT116 is housed in a rugged, metal enclosure, and tolerates high shock and vibration, while users benefit from a 1.2M hour MTBF rating. It’s also compact with a slim, space-saving design that operates at -40 °C to 85 °C.
NT116 supports networks with up to 3.2 Gbps wire-speed communications, employs store-and-forward technology, and supports full and half duplex operation. Two 10-49 VDC power inputs are provided for redundancy. In addition to IEEE 802.3 compliance and marine, railway and rolling-stock certifications, NT116 carries certifications for UL ordinary and hazardous locations, as well as ATEX and IECEx certification.
