Print-on-demand, self-laminating wire and cable markers
DuraWarp and DuraFlag print-on-demand labels provide convenient marking for wires, cables and wire harnesses. Comprised of supple, conformable vinyl material and high-performance acrylic adhesive, they’re available in more than 40 sizes and can be used post-termination. DuraWrap and DuraFlag labels can cover AWG sizes 10 through 4/0 and IEC 60228 (mm2) sizes 6 through 625 from four to 40 conductors wide.
DuraWrap labels are self-laminating, and combine traditional wire label wrapping with the convenience of automated self-laminating technology. Their durable, clear, wraparound area withstands chemicals and scratches, ensuring markers remain affixed and legible. Self-laminating DuraFlag labels also enable easy and explicit flagging, which provides a simple way to identify and organize wires, even in harsh conditions.
The redesigned series offers opaquest white, print-on area, which ensures the legend remains clearly legible, even when marking on deepest black insulation.
To simplify production, three site holes make DuraWrap and DuraFlag compatible with any common thermal transfer printer, regardless of sensor location. A perforated liner between each row of labels allows easy kitting and distribution to individual harness boards or panels. Horizontal, one-across configurations provide even more flexibility for kitting and waste reduction.
