Adalet Offers Atex Control Panel Assembly Certification

Adalet, a manufacturer of explosion-proof enclosure systems and cable accessories, has completed a new ATEX Control Panel Assembly Certification.

 Using its ATEX equipment certification, Adalet can now fully populate empty ATEX-certified enclosures and provide CE certification to any and all applicable CE marking directives.  This ATEX control panel certification allows Adalet to eliminate the requirement to re-submit enclosure assemblies to third-party testing laboratories for final equipment certification, saving customers considerable amounts of time and money.

The Adalet ATEX Control Panel Assembly certificate allows for the installation of control operators, motor control components and all other CE-marked components inside Adalet’s complete line of ATEX-certified enclosures. Adalet also provides services for installation and wiring of all control components, as well as complete engineering design and review, certification and documentation.

ATEX is European Union legislation that requires companies that design, manufacture or sell equipment or protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres to comply with its safety requirements if they wish to sell their products in E.U. countries.
