Winsted Reports Its New Sight-Line Pro Consoles Offer Customized Options to Make Users' Process Control Room Environments Unique

Sight-Line Pro consoles are ergonomically designed to provide a healthy, comfortable work environment for the operators, improving morale, maximizing productivity and reducing mistakes. Large, dual-raceway cable management and double-panel doors with an integrated CPU shelf provide convenient access to equipment for maintenance and upgrades, minimizing downtime. Sight-Line Pro consoles are easy to design and install, making setup fast to help keep control room construction on schedule.

Winsted's new Comfort Edge work surface features a smooth, contoured urethane edge molded to a 11/4 in. laminated medium-density fiberboard. This enhances operator comfort and gives the work surface a sleek, contemporary look. Comfort Edge work surfaces can be tooled to create straight and curved configurations for the ultimate in design flexibility. The urethane edge is exceptionally durable and is available in a wide variety of colors.

Sight-Line Pro consoles feature the Versa-Trak monitor array mounting system that allows users to easily modify sight lines and monitor viewing angles based on personal needs.

Power and cable/wire management is easy and efficient. Optional rack turrets with vented tops are available in 31/2 in. (2U), 7 in. (4U), and 101/2 in. (6U) heights. Additional options include a swing-out CPU shelf on the door, a door pocket for storage of files and a 191/4 in. tapped rack rail kit for lower chases. Openings for a universal data mounting plate and duplex power are conveniently located at the back of the work surface.
