With roots dating back to 1936 and facilities located across the U.S., SEG delivers custom switchgear, control panels, engineered solutions and services. Joining with the four other companies is expected to give SEG more expertise to respond to customers’ needs even more quickly and reliably.

The attributes of the four companies include:
- Chicago Switchboard has been a leader in custom UL 891 switchboards and engineered control panels for critical industries since 1936.
- CES Industrial has provided turnkey industrial automation systems and control panels since it was established in 1998.
- IER has been delivering custom switchboards and panelboards across commercial and industrial markets for more than 25 years.
- Park was established in 1945 and has proven expertise in medium-voltage metal-clad and metal-enclosed switchgear serving utility, industrial, and commercial applications.
