A bonus is always a beautiful thing. Sixty-eight percent of respondents reported getting one this year. Forty-three percent got somewhere between 1% and 5% of their salary. Another quarter got between 6% and 10%, and 33% got more. These numbers are virtually unchanged from 2009.
