Configurable safety interlocks and preconfigured pushbutton controls
DS Range configurable safety interlocks and control stations are robust and preconfigured pushbutton control units. They feature heavy-duty, diecast construction in a narrow, 40-mm profile can be mounted directly to guard frames. Each unit has a pre-configured, quick-connect interface, and provides a selection of connector types for plug-and-play installation. They’re delivered fully assembled and prewired.
DS Range supports up to 10 integrated pilot devices as standard. They can incorporate emergency stops and pushbuttons, and each comes with a colored lens pack for tailoring the control layout to their application. An ISO-compliant symbol sticker pack provides clear, consistent identification of buttons and controls.
DS Range is available with an optional, DS-MLZ Type 4, monitored guard lock and high-coded RFID actuator. This configuration provides tamper-resistant guard detection, and up to 4,000 N maximum holding force for hinged and sliding guards. Monitoring guard and lock status supports integration into Category 4 / PL e and SIL 3 safety systems
