Steam- and electric-traced tubing and tube bundles
iHeat tubing and tube bundles feature light (LTB) and heavy (HTB) steam-traced models, as well as an electric-traced bundle (ETB). LTB and HTB are designed for instrument impulse lines, pressure transmitters, fluid transfer lines and analyzer sample lines. They offer light tracers for freeze protection and heavy tracers for elevated temperature maintenance, covering many process requirements with low- and high-temperature options.
ETB is suited for instrument impulse lines for pressure transmitters, process analyzer sample lines and CEMS lines. With freeze protection and temperature maintenance, ETB offers increased process control. It’s certified for hazardous area installations, and features electrical connection and termination kits for secure and compliant setups. ETB is also available with heat-trace, self-regulating cable options (LSR, MSR, and HSR), and is approved for FM and CSA Class I Division 2 safety standards.
In addition, STB pre-insulated tubes retain heat and save energy. They’re also suitable for high-temperature applications.
