Whew! I just got done moderating one of the best webcast discussions I've ever participated in.

I have been doing and teaching webcasting since about 1998, so that's saying something.

Whew! I just got done moderating one of the best webcast discussions I've ever participated in.

I have been doing and teaching webcasting since about 1998, so that's saying something.

The webcast was called, "Upgrading DCS with NO Bull!" and was structured as a moderated discussion between myself, Paul Galeski, founder and CEO of Maverick Technologies and Peter Reynolds, Senior Consultant from ARC Advisory Group.

The "canned" part of the discussion, first Reynolds on ARC's DCS upgrade research, and then Galeski
talking about how actually to do a DCS upgrade that works and makes money, took about 30 minutes, and the audience Q&A a little more than that, as Galeski and Reynolds fielded some tough questions, including a couple that were devilishly hard to answer, from audience members who were mostly end users.

We recorded the webcast and it is available for playback here:

It is worth the hour to watch and listen!
