Newest 21M series photoelectric sensors provide the benefits of IO-Link communications with a detection range of up to 20 meters. Each configuration—diffuse sensor, retroflective sensor and through-beam—is rated IP67 and IP69K. This makes them an ideal choice for packaging, and food and beverage applications, as well as for general factory automation. The diffuse version can detect objects up to 1 meter, the retroreflective version goes up to 8 meters, and the through-beam handles up to 20 meters.
