Tasi Measurement buys DCiii to expand presence in chemical injection automation
Tasi Measurement, a provider of industrial and commercial monitoring technologies in Largo, Fla,, reported Aug. 12 that it’s acquired DCiii LLC in Corpus Christi, Texas, a provider of chemical injection automation solutions for the energy and industrial sectors. DCiii’s portfolio includes Mirador chemical injection controller, Vista, DCBatch, DCTLM, and cloud-based monitoring and control services via its DCPortal.
DCiii will continue to operate independently at its existing locations, while becoming part of Tasi’s Remote Asset Measurement & Monitoring division, which includes SignalFire Telemetry in Marlborough, Mass., and Mission Communications in Norcross, Ga.
