PUR and rubber cables for connection and control
Polyurethane (PUR) control cables, harmonized PUR device connection cables and robust rubber-hose cables offer options for connecting machines, devices and mobile applications indoors and outdoors. These flexible cables feature Class 5 finely stranded conductors.
Silflex N PUR and Silflex N (C) PUR halogen-free control cables are available in unshielded and shielded versions. The shielded version offers excellent EMC characteristics. Both versions have numbered conductors and a gray outer jacket, similar to RAL 7001. These cables are designed for stationary installation and high-flexing applications, and can handle voltages up to 300/500 V.
H05BQ-F and H07BQ-F harmonized PUR cables are available with colored cores, conductors and an orange jacket, similar to similar to RAL 2003. They’re temperature-resistant up to 90 °C, halogen-free and largely oil, UV and weather resistant. Thanks to their high flexibility, impact resistance and robustness, they’re ideal for connecting mobile devices and applications in demanding environments. Upon request, and subject to a minimum order quantity, these cables are also available with yellow, blue, green or red outer jackets. H05BQ-F and H07BQ-F cables are designed for operating voltages up to 450/750 V and are suitable for mobile devices, tools and applications with frequent movement. Their high abrasion resistance and weather resistance make them reliable for indoor and outdoor use.
Heavy-duty H07RN-F rubber cable is particularly rugged and flexible for demanding conditions. This black cable, similar to RAL 9005, is resistant to UV, moisture and ozone, and is suitable for outdoor use.
