PM1201C081 Series ITG, 5-mm, dual-channel, 80-amp-per-phase power block is designed to meet the growing demands of high-density architectures in data centers, telecom systems and networking equipment.

PM1201C081 is a low-profile successor to ITG’s earlier 8-mm power block, offering a reduction in height, while delivering the same current-handling capability. With its 5 mm height and compact 10 x 9 mm footprint, this latest version boosts overall power density by 37.5%, giving users greater design flexibility in space-constrained environments.

Engineered for modern core power applications, PM1201C081 supports input voltages ranging from 5 V to 16 V, and efficiently steps down to core power requirements. It provides 40 amps per phase and 80 amps of continuous current, with the ability to handle up to 140 amps of peak current. The module is built with a thermally enhanced, low-profile package that requires only a minimal external heatsink, ensuring thermal performance without adding height or complexity.

PM1201C081 also incorporates a suite of protection features, including over-current, under-voltage, and over-temperature protection.
