Flame-retardant, fully insulated, electric-terminal/disconnects can be custom-color-matched to meet OEM branding, safety, assembly or field service requirements. They’re stamped from a high-temperature alloy, and feature a flame-retardant nylon insulator, which collapses on itself, and safely maintains its hold if a malfunction occurs. This insulator is available in standard white and black colors.
Produced to UL and NEMA specifications, and supplied in strip form with an open barrel “F” crimp connector, these flame-retardant disconnects are rated to 150 °C. Designed for automated applications, they’re available in 10-22 fa wire sizes to mate with 0.110 in. x 0.020 in., 0.187 in. x 0.020 in., and 0.250 in. x 0.032 in. NEMA male tabs. They’re also V-O rated per UL94, and are RoHS compliant.
