M8/M12 sensor-actuator cables for machines and plant operations are available in many variations. Different threading and wire-type combinations achieve the perfect match for any application.
Their rugged, optimized M8 and M12 connectors simplify installation and maintenance for maximum service life. In addition to M8 and M12, they provide other common threading type, such as 1/2 in., 7/8 in., M9 or M23. Gas-proof and gold-plated crimp connections increase vibration resistance and durability. Vibration-resistant, knurled nuts enable reliable connections and fast, easy tool assembly.
Sensor-actuator wire types include solid, economical PVC sheathings, durable and highly-flexible PUR sheathings, and POC sheathings for welding areas. For challenging outdoor applications, PUR-O sheathings are reported to be ideal. Other cable features include covered steel nuts, LEDs as operating and function indicators, 360º shielding, cULus certifications and NAMUR suitability. Protection types include IP67, IP68 and IP69.
