Sach Sankpal has been appointed president for Honeywell Safety Products, a part of the Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions’ Life Safety business.
Sankpal joined Honeywell in 2010 as vice president of strategy & marketing in Honeywell Life Safety. He most recently led Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI) for the company. He previously worked at Avaya, Inc., and Trimble Navigation, Ltd. and Navigant Consulting. He has more than 20 years of diversified general management experience with leadership experience in strategy, marketing, finance, operations and sales. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from RutgersUniversity, a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at DartmouthCollege.
Lincolnshire,IL-based Honeywell manufactures personal protective equipment (PPE), including head, hearing, eye/face, respiratory, hand, footwear, clothing and fall protection for workers in the automotive, construction, manufacturing industries, transportation, utilities, fire safety, oil & gas, wind energy, army and nuclear industries.
